Ciao,
I was blessed with a three week vacation/research/development in the wonderful country of Italy. This trip has changed my views on simple foods, Italian wines and Italian woman. I had a lot of luck finding great food and wine, not much luck with Italian woman. My focus on this trip was to try and see how a wine-bar/cafe’ could make really fresh, simple food but not just be another cafe’. A challenge indeed considering I do not have a full kitchen. In Italy I was able to taste fresh, local foods, simply prepared foods. Most of the wines I tasted were very balanced, and very affordable. It was a trip of a lifetime, and I am hoping to get feedback on some of your favorite anti-pastas, wines, and simple snacks you enjoyed while in Italy. Thanks for stopping by,

Ciao
