3 1/2 C of water to each bowl and mix into a firm ball or loaf.
In a large pot, boil 10C water 4C veg stock and 1C veg base powder
Simmer the loaves, on the stove, keep seitan covered with liquid, adding veggie stock as it boils. Stir at least every 20 minutes to prevent sticking and burning.
Cook for only one hour and 10 minutes.
Cool and wrap in plastic.
